Cancer is one of life’s greatest challenges and we don't want you to face this journey alone. Our extraordinary team of experts shares wisdom in integrative medicine, yoga, mindfulness practice, healing meditations, art, ritual and more. By integrating body, mind, and spirit, individually and collectively we aim to discover ways to meet the totality of our experience directly and courageously. Please join us on this transformative journey.
This annual five-day retreat brings together ancient wisdom practices and modern-day knowledge to create a healing environment that supports and empowers women dealing with cancer.
COVID-19 Update from CWFL Board President, Judy Lief:
Dear Courageous Women,
Greetings from Boulder! I hope you are staying safe and secure in these very challenging times of the COVID-19 virus. In our days of sheltering in place, it is so important to reach out to one another, to receive and offer support, and to share our bonds of love and connection.
It is with a sad heart that I need to let you know the CWFL board and leadership team have decided to postpone our 2020 Courageous Women, Fearless Living Cancer Retreat, until such time as it is once again safe to gather. We made this decision out of concern for the health and safety of both staff and participants.
We know that our staff, faculty, and many alumni were looking forward to being there; we also know that quite a few new people have applied or expressed interest in attending this year’s program. But with COVID-19 the situation has changed, and such a gathering is now unwise. We do have an active virtual community through our FaceBook page, and our alumni have a FB page as well. We welcome you to participate. We continue to be committed to this program. In the future, once we have emerged from this virus, we intend once again to offer annual CWFL retreats. They will be needed more than ever.
Judy Lief, on behalf of the Courageous Women, Fearless Living Board
