A Message From CWFL Executive Director, Vikki Wagner
With the continued uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, and varying and somewhat
inconsistent vaccine roll-outs across the county, we have made the extremely difficult decision to cancel
our annual in-person retreat in 2021. We felt that the compromised health conditions of our
participants presented too great a risk.
In its place, we will be offering a Virtual Retreat. Details are being finalized, but we expect to hold it
during the same time frame (early September). It will contain many of the same elements we offer in
our core program such as Healing Mediation, Gentle and Restorative Yoga, Education, Break-out topics,
and Small Group Gatherings.
We hope you will join us for this transformative program. Now, more than ever, we need to connect and
support one another. This retreat will offer a vehicle for profound healing and awakening—physically,
mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Integrating body, mind, heart, and soul, we will discover ways to
meet the totality of this experience directly and courageously. If you have a current or past diagnosis, or
are the caregiver or loved one of a woman with cancer, join us! Receive the tools you need to transform
the way you relate to the challenges you face.
Cancer is one of life’s greatest challenges and we don't want you to face this journey alone. Our extraordinary team of experts shares wisdom in integrative medicine, yoga, mindfulness practice, healing meditations, art, ritual and more. By integrating body, mind, and spirit, individually and collectively we aim to discover ways to meet the totality of our experience directly and courageously. Please join us on this transformative journey.
This annual five-day retreat brings together ancient wisdom practices and modern-day knowledge to create a healing environment that supports and empowers women dealing with cancer.
